PR's and Chiropractic

Can you increase strength, improve muscle function, and prevent fatigue with chiropractic care?
Yes!

New research suggests that chiropractic corrections maximize sport performance and aid recovery. A study in the Journal of Experimental Brain Research measured the electrical activity of muscle before and after the chiropractic correction. The results showed an increase in muscle electrical activity of 60% and a 16% increase in absolute muscle force measures. There was also a 45% increase in the ‘drive’ from the brain to muscle.

How?
When the chiropractic correction is made, it stimulates and excites neural pathways between the brain and the target muscles. This results in increased muscle fiber activity. This work provides further evidence of the capacity of chiropractic care to address the aspects of the brain-body integration and overall body performance.
